Four seniors (2 male & 2 female) at Mediapolis Community High School. Qualifications include: plan to attend a community college or technical school and have a GPA of 2.5 or higher. Special consideration may be given to students who have participated in Career Technical Education courses through MCSD. $1,000 for each senior.
Four seniors (2 male & 2 female) at Mediapolis High School planning to continue their education at the post-secondary level. $1,000 for each senior.
Two scholarships awarded to a Mediapolis Community High School graduate who has a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher and plans to enroll at a post-secondary institution pursuing a career in nursing. Scholars must have verification of enrollment from the post-secondary school. $1,000 for each senior.
Awarded to a Mediapolis Community High School graduate who has a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher and plans to enroll in a post-secondary animal science or pre-veterinary program. $2,500 per year, possible renewal annually during undergrad course of study.
Two seniors at Mediapolis Community High School who have a GPA of 2.5 or better after 7 semesters. Student or parent must be a subscriber of MTC Technologies. $1,000 per student
One Mediapolis graduate with average or better academic ability. Preference given to business majors. $250 per student.
Awarded to one female student who is interested in a business career. $250
One Mediapolis senior who shows academic potential and financial need. $500
Two seniors (1 male, 1 female) at Mediapolis Community High School, who demonstrate financial need, show academic potential, and who have been active in bettering their community and school. $1,250 per student.
Recipient must be in the upper 25% of the class and needs financial assitance. $250 per student.
Mediapolis senior with financial need who shows academic potential and who has been active in bettering their community and school. Preference given to a student who has been active in the music program. (One awarded each year)
Awarded to a MCSD graduate who is accepted and enrolled and in good standing in the College of Veterinary Science, with the intent of pursuing a career as a veterinarian. Preference given to female students, although any eligible student is encourage to apply. Up to $10,000 annually for up to four years.
